If email hosting is included with your service, mailboxes are usually managed through the hosting control panel.

1. Sign in to cPanel or the relevant mail control panel.
2. Open Email Accounts.
3. Choose the mailbox name and domain.
4. Set a strong password.
5. Save the new account.

Keep a secure record of mailbox settings for the person who will use the account.
